What studio teams tell us
These comments come from managers and crews who use the platform in their daily routines. They describe how the work felt in practice, in their own words.
Our two studios used to share kit through a spreadsheet nobody trusted. Now the register shows who holds each lens and when it comes back. Handovers are quicker and we spend less time hunting for cables before a bulletin.
The camera move plans reach the floor crew before they arrive. Operators know their marks and the order of shots, and our rehearsals start with fewer questions. It has made the first run-through noticeably calmer.
Scheduling gallery time across the day used to depend on one person's memory. Clashes now show up early, and the news team can see the plan without phoning around. It feels dependable in the way a good timetable should.
Audio checks follow the same order each time, with microphone allocation written down beforehand. When a guest changes at short notice, we know exactly what to repatch. Tom helped us set up the templates in an afternoon.
